What is a loft? Is it a floor plan, a lifestyle, or an attitude? Who knows... but we all know one when we see one!
Cincinnati loft inventory has grown dramatically as Cincinnati downtown living has exploded. From industrial building conversions to luxury open floor plans to the Funky & Fabulous, there is a Cincinnati loft for everyone! Contact us to see what there is for you!
Where are Cincinnati's Lofts?
There is plenty of exposed brick, exposed ductwork, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and tall ceilings to explore in Cincinnati! You'll find them here:
Downtown Cincinnati – luxury and near-luxury lofts are the theme; the finest locations and finishes define these homes.
Over-The-Rhine (OTR) – Cincinnati's bohemian center, OTR is the place to go for the most exciting lofts. Coffee shops, art shows, galleries, restaurants and Findlay Market (the nation's 2nd oldest open-air market) all make their home in Over-The-Rhine. Visit www.irhine.com to learn more about OTR. Team Chabris is very active in OTR, and has recently sponsored free wireless Internet access on Main Street.
Immediate city residential neighborhoods like historic Betts-Longworth, Walnut Hills, and even Northern Kentucky have also seen loft projects emerging.

What is condominium living? Most of all, it's a lifestyle choice. Lots of us are too busy with friends, travel, work or family to manage the myriad issues of maintaining our own home. With a downtown condo, the association takes care of the details! You can "lock-n-leave" whenever without a care for mowing the lawn or trimming the hedges!
Buying a Condo in Cincinnati
Buying a condominium in Cincinnati is exciting! There are so many options at so many price points in so many different neighborhoods. However, there are several considerations that remain the same when you buy your condo:
Lifestyle. Different condominium associations offer different lifestyles. Some offer a plethora of amenities (pool, gym, concierge, guest suites, landscaping) and others are strictly homes that share a common building. The more amenities, the higher the dues, so how much is your preferred lifestyle worth to you?
Management. Do you prefer a condo association with professional management? Do you prefer smaller associations that can share the responsibilities themselves and save the money?
Association. Is it a condominium or a landominium? Can you own pets? If so, up to what size? Are there additional requirements you should be aware of? Is the association in good financial standing?
Team Chabris has represented the purchase and sale of dozens and dozens of units over the years, and we are well-versed in protecting our clients in these transactions. In fact, Peter Chabris has developed several condominium associations himself, so his knowledge is a wonderful resource for Team Chabris and its clients.

Cincinnati Town homes are the perfect residence for people that want Cincinnati city living but don't want to give up their independence or privacy to a condominium association. While they may be attached to each other, town homes have their own doors, their own roofs, and an extra degree of privacy as no one lives above you or below you.
Town homes offer more "vertical" living as their square footage is split among several floors, versus lofts and condominiums which usually occupy all their space on one floor. Town homes often offer private decks, private garaged parking, and a more traditional floor plan. There are lots of Cincinnati town homes to see in many different price ranges!
